Our terms

  1. These terms
    • What these terms cover. These are the terms and conditions on which we supply our Americano Goodies to you. If you are aged 13 years and over and have your own debit card then you can order Americano Goodies from us. If you do not have your own debit or credit card then you must have your parent’s or guardian’s permission to order Americano Goodies (or the debit/credit card owner’s permission to order online).
    • Why you should read them. Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order to us. These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide our American Goodies to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information.
  2. Information about us and how to contact us
    • Who we are. We are Zaid & Besher Ltd trading as AMERICANO GOODIES a company registered in England and Wales with company number 11363742 and our registered office is at 310-312 Charminster Road, Bournemouth, Dorset BH8 9RT. Our registered VAT number is GB305956687
    • How to contact us. You can contact us by telephoning our customer service team at 07454155955 or by writing to us at [email protected], or via our Contact Us page or Live Chat.
    • How we may contact you. If we have to contact you we will do so by telephone or by writing to you at the email address or postal address you provided to us in your order.
    • “Writing” includes emails. When we use the words “writing” or “written” in these terms, this includes emails.
  3. Our contract with you
    • How we will accept your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we email you to accept it, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us on these terms.
    • If we cannot accept your order. If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this by email and will not charge you. This might be because your Americano Goodie is out of stock, because of unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for or because we have identified an error in the price or description of your Americano Goodies.
    • Your order number. We will assign an order number to your order and tell you what it is when we accept your order. It will help us if you can tell us the order number whenever you contact us about your order.
    • We only sell to the UK. Our website is solely for the promotion of Americano Goodies in the UK. Unfortunately, we do not accept orders from or deliver to addresses outside the UK.
  4. Our Americano Goodies
    • Americano Goodies may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of our Americano Goodies on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of our Americano Goodies.
    • Packaging may vary. The packaging of your Americano Goodies may vary from that shown in images on our website.
  5. Your rights to make changes

If you wish to make a change your order, please contact us. We will let you know if the change is possible. If it is possible we will let you know about any changes to the price, the timing of supply or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change. If we cannot make the change or the consequences of making the change are unacceptable to you, you may want to cancel your order.

  1. Providing Americano Goodies
    • Delivery costs. The costs of delivery will be as displayed to you on our website.
    • When we will provide your Americano Goodies. During the order process we will let you know when we will deliver your order. We will deliver them to you as soon as reasonably possible and in any event within 30 days after the day on which we accept your order.
    • We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of your Americano Goodies is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to cancel your order and receive a refund for any Americano Goodies you have paid for but not received.
    • If you are not at home when your order is delivered. If no one is available at your address to take delivery of your Americano Goodies or they cannot be posted through your letterbox, our courier will leave you a note informing you of how to rearrange delivery or collect your Americano Goodies from a local depot.
    • If you do not re-arrange delivery. If after a failed delivery to you, you do not re-arrange delivery or collect them from a delivery depot we will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for storage costs and any further delivery costs. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection we may cancel your order.
    • What will happen if you do not give required information to us. We may need certain information from you so that we can supply your Americano Goodies. For example if you wish to change the delivery address. If you do not give us this information within a reasonable time of us asking for it, or if you give us incomplete or incorrect information, we may have to cancel the order. We will not be responsible for supplying your Americano Goodies late or not supplying any part of them if this is caused by you not giving us the information we need within a reasonable time of us asking for it.
    • Reasons we may suspend the supply of Americano Goodies to you. We may have to suspend the supply of a product to:
      • deal with technical problems or make minor technical changes;
      • update the product to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements;
      • make changes to the product as requested by you or notified by us to you.
  1. Your rights to end the contract
    • Cancelling your order because of something we have done. If you cancel your order for a reason set out below we will refund you in full for your Americano Goodies which have not been provided. The reasons are:
      • we have told you about an upcoming change to the product or these terms which you do not agree to;
      • we have told you about an error in the price or description of the product you have ordered and you do not wish to proceed;
      • there is a risk that supply of the products may be significantly delayed because of events outside our control;
      • you have a legal right to end the contract because of something we have done wrong.
    • Exercising your right to change your mind (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). For most Americano Goodies bought online you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund. However, please see our exceptions below.
    • When you don’t have the right to change your mindSorry! We cannot change your mind once the packaging has been opened. We also cannot accepts returns for sweets, candy, food, groceries, drinks and soda with less than 2 months best before date remaining.
  2. How to cancel and order (including if you have changed your mind)
    • Tell us you want to cancel your order. To end the contract with us, please let us know by doing one of the following:
      • Phone or email. Call customer services on 07454155955 or email us at [email protected] Please provide your name, home address, details of the order and, where available, your phone number and email address; or
      • Online. Complete the form on our Contact Us page on our website.
    • Returns after dispatch If you cancel your order after your Americano Goodies have been dispatched to you or you have received them, you must return them to us. You must either return the goods in person to where you bought them or post them back to us at 545-549 Wallisdown Road, Poole, BH12 5AD Please call customer services on 07454155955 or email us at [email protected] for a return label. If you are exercising your right to change your mind you must send off the goods within 14 days of telling us you wish to end the contract.
    • When we will pay the costs of return. We will pay the costs of return or collect the item from you if:
      • if the products are faulty or misdescribed;
      • if you are ending the contract because we have told you of an upcoming change to the product or these terms, an error in pricing or description, a delay in delivery due to events outside our control or because you have a legal right to do so as a result of something we have done wrong; or

In all other circumstances (including where you are exercising your right to change your mind) you must pay the costs of return.

  • How we will refund you. We will refund you the price you paid for your Americano Goodies including standard delivery costs, by the method you used for payment. However, we may make deductions from the price, as described below.
  • Deductions from refunds We may reduce your refund of the price (excluding delivery costs) to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop or if the packaging is opened or damaged.
  • When your refund will be made. We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible. If you are exercising your right to change your mind your refund will be made within 14 days from the day on which we receive the American Goodies back from you.
  1. Our rights to Cancel your order
    • We may cancel your order if we do not have all the information required. We may have to cancel your order at any time by writing to you if:
      • you do not, within a reasonable time of us asking for it, provide us with information that is necessary for us to provide your Americano Goodies for example, the new delivery address;
      • you do not, within a reasonable time, allow us to deliver your Americano Goodies to you.
    • In the above circumstances we will refund any money you have paid in advance for your Americano Goodies we have not provided.
  2. If there is a problem with your Americano Goodies
    • How to tell us about problems. If you have any questions or concerns about your Americano Goodies please contact us. You can telephone our customer service team at 07454155955 or write to us at [email protected]
    • Returns. In the unlikely event that you want to return your Americano Goodies you must either return them in person to where you bought them or post them back to us. We will pay the costs of postage or arrange collection of your items. Please call customer services on 07454155955 or email us at [email protected] for a return label or to arrange collection.
  3. Price and payment
    • Where to find the price The price of your Americano Goodies (which includes VAT) will be the price indicated on the order pages when you placed your order.
    • What happens if we got the price wrong. It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products we sell may be incorrectly priced. We will normally check prices before accepting your order so that, where the product’s correct price at your order date is less than our stated price at your order date, we will charge the lower amount. If the product’s correct price at your order date is higher than the price stated to you, we will contact you for your instructions before we accept your order. If we accept and process your order where a pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could reasonably have been recognised by you as a mispricing, we may cancel your order, refund you any sums you have paid and require the return of any American Goodies provided to you.
    • When you must pay and how you must pay. We accept payment with Maestro, Visa Delta, Visa and Mastercard.
  4. Our responsibility for loss or damage suffered by you
    • We are responsible to you for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us. If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or our failing to use reasonable care and skill, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if either it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time the contract was made, both we and you knew it might happen, for example, if you discussed it with us during the sales process.
    • We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products.
    • We are not liable for business losses. We only supply Americano Goodies for domestic and private use. If you use the products for any commercial, business or re-sale purpose we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

    • How we may use your personal information. We will only use your personal information as set out in our

Why not treat your friend or family member to a e-Giftcard!

An e-Giftcard can be used as full or part payment for Americano Goodies online at By purchasing and or using a e-Giftcard you accept and agree to these terms and conditions.

Please note that e-Giftcards cannot be exchanged for cash or any other promotional voucher.

The minimum amount required to top-up a an e-Giftcard online is £1. The maximum balance limit is £100.

No refund will be given when an e-Giftcard is redeemed for lower value Americano Goodies but any remaining balance may be applied to future purchases.

The balance of an e-Giftcard can be checked by contacting us.

Please note that all e-Giftcards expire 12 months after the last use or balance enquiry and any remaining balance will be cancelled.

We reserve the right to reject an e-Giftcard that is illegible or incomplete or where in our opinion we believe it is not genuine.

Any and all e-Giftcard numbers/codes remain our property which includes the technical legal stuff such as intellectual property in the behind the scenes software code.

Please look after your e-Giftcards carefully! We cannot be liable for any lost, stolen, damaged, undeliverable, incorrectly addressed or delayed e-Giftcards or any network failures. Nor are we responsible for any e-Giftcard that is used by someone other than the intended recipient after delivery.

Please make sure that for personalised e-Giftcards that any message or image will not cause offence to your recipient, or any person who the purchaser could reasonably have foreseen as potentially reading, seeing or hearing it, and that all subject matter can be legally read, seen or heard in the country or territory where the recipient can reasonably be expected to access it.

We may have to change these rules from time to time and we reserve the right to amend them when we have to do so (e.g. to change the scope of the e-Giftcard Service, notify of the service’s withdrawal or in the event of circumstances beyond its control). We will let you know and give you as much notice as possible if we do make changes.

Our Reward Points Terms and Conditions!

Welcome to our Reward Points! The more you love our sweets the more you get a treat! By joining and participating in the Reward Points, you agree to be bound by these terms.

  1. Participation
    1. If you wish to join our Reward Points you must be resident in the UK and aged 16 years or over.
    2. To join the Reward Points, you must have a valid email address. It is really important that you keep us updated if you change your email address. We cannot be held responsible for any loss of Rewards incurred as a result of you not keeping us up to date with your contact information.
    3. You can only have one account per person for our Reward Points. We reserve the right to refuse, merge or close additional accounts at any time.
    4. Your membership is for personal use only and we may in our sole discretion refuse any applications or terminate a membership and/or cancel Rewards at any time if we consider your transactions to be excessive and/or are for commercial or non-domestic purposes or subject to onward sale or delivery.

  3. For every £20 spent with us in a single transaction using your account, you will earn £1 back. For every £20 spent, your account will automatically be credited with £1 for you to use on future purchases. (“Reward”). So for instance if you spend £21.25 in a single transaction, you will earn a £1 Reward. If you spend £42.95 in a single transaction you will earn a £2 Reward.
  4. Rewards have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash.
  5. Please make sure that you order your Americano Goodies through your account so that any Rewards may be credited to you.
  6. Rewards cannot be transferred, bought, sold or in any way traded.
  7. You can check your Rewards balance by logging into your account.
  8. A maximum of £100 worth of rewards can be active on an account at any given time.
  9. Unless otherwise indicated, Rewards are earned on all purchases except gift cards and delivery charges.
  10. Your entire balance of Rewards will expire after 12 months of non-activity of your Reward Points account. Non-activity means where you have not bought anything from us or activities involving Rewards on your account, i.e. no Rewards being redeemed or earned.
  11. Rewards will be removed from your balance for any transactions with returned or refunded products.
  12. You can redeem your Rewards by simply adding the Americano Goodies to your payment cart. At the payment screen, you can select how many Rewards you wish to redeem.
  13. Rewards can be used in conjunction with other promotions, offers or discounts unless otherwise stated.
  1. Termination and Expiry
    1. We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Reward Points: (a) if you have not used your account (to collect or redeem Rewards) for a period of 12 months;  (b) if we reasonably believe that the use of your account is unauthorised, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful; (c) for any behaviour relating to the Reward Points or Americano Goodies that involves theft, misconduct, abusive or offensive behaviour, or supplying false or misleading information; or (d) for any breach of these terms and conditions.
    2. You can end your membership of the Rewards Points at any time by sending an email to Customer Services at [email protected]
    3. Upon termination or expiry of your account, all Rewards already accrued or issued will be cancelled.
  1. Modification and Termination
    1. These Reward Points terms and conditions, member benefits and the Rewards are subject to change at any time.
    2. We reserve the right to terminate, discontinue or cancel the Rewards Points at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes, modifications, or termination of any part of the Rewards Points or its terms will be effective immediately upon publication of those changes on our website.
    3. Your continued participation in the Rewards Points will confirm your acceptance of such changes or modifications; therefore, you should review these terms and conditions and applicable policies frequently to understand the terms and conditions that apply to the Rewards Points. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop participating in the Rewards Points.
  2. Personal Information and Marketing

If you have opted-in to receiving marketing from us, we will contact you from time to time to send you marketing communications and keep you up-to-date with our products, promotions and special offers. You may unsubscribe from receiving such marketing communications at any time by clicking on the “unsubscribe“ link found on any marketing emails from us.
    3. If you have not opted-in to receive marketing from us, we will only contact you with regard to your orders or your Reward Points account.


  1. General

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, without resort to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts but you will also benefit from the protection of the consumer laws of the country where you live.

Pringles tubes may bend slightly inwards. Although it may appear as if the can has been dented, it has not. The Pringles inside the tube will not be damaged. It is normal for the tube to rattle, or for 1 or 2 chips from the top or bottom of the stack to be cracked. Although this does not affect every single tube, it does affect the majority. If you require a perfect tube for collection or gift purposes we recommend that you do not purchase this product. We will not refund or replace any bent or “dented” tubes.
